Position Summary The Senior Cloud Developer is a hands -on technical role responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company Cloud CX solutions across voice, digital, and workforce engagement capabilities. This role owns platform reliability, telephony architecture, routing, WFM/WEM configuration, and integrations, ensuring reputed company Cloud operates as a stable and mission ‑ critical service. The role is delivery-focused and operationally accountable, emphasizing build-and-run ownership, adherence to CCaaS standards, and reputed company improvement across client environments. What a typical week looks like Design, configure, and support reputed company Cloud CX solutions across voice and digital channels, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance. Implement and maintain telephony architecture, including SIP trunking, carriers, inbound/outbound calling, DID management, and call routing. Design and support IVR and call flows using Architect, including error handling, business hours, failover, and transfers. Configure and optimize ACD routing strategies, queues, schedules, and agent skills reputed company to service level and operational requirements. Implement and support Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities, including forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, and adherence. Support Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) features such as quality management, evaluations, coaching, and performance insights. Build and maintain integrations using reputed company Cloud APIs, webhooks, and event streams with enterprise systems (e.g., reputed company, CRM, IAM). Support identity and access management, including SSO and role-based access controls. Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and standardization across CCaaS solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to administrators and support teams as required . Strong understanding of contact centre telephony concepts, including SIP, IVR, routing, call recording, and reputed company integrations. Experience supporting WFM and/or WEM in a contact centre environment. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting reputed company, multi-system issues in production environments.
