[Remote] Growth Marketing Associate, Referrals & Advocacy

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate, Referrals & Advocacy to support the development and execution of programs that promote reputed company Sportsbook. The role focuses on expanding referral mechanics into advocacy programs and gamified sharing experiences, working closely with various teams to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Support incentivized sharing initiatives
• Assist in launching and optimizing campaigns that reward customers for sharing, promoting, or engaging with reputed company Sportsbook across channels
• Analyze advocacy performance
• Track KPIs such as share reputed company, amplification reputed company, new customer acquisition, engagement lift, and program ROI
• Optimize messaging and placements
• Partner with CRM and Creative to test positioning, CTAs, and reward framing to improve participation and effectiveness
• Identify new growth opportunities
• Research and propose new advocacy concepts, gamified sharing mechanics, or ecosystem-driven growth reputed company
• Support incentive testing & measurement
• Help structure experiments to evaluate different reward types, reputed company, and mechanics
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure programs are scalable and compliant across jurisdictions
• Maintain operational excellence
• Support campaign QA, tracking validation, reporting accuracy, and ongoing optimization efforts

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or strategy
• Strong curiosity about behavioral economics, incentives, and viral growth mechanics
• Analytical reputed company with experience working in reputed company, SQL, or BI tools preferred
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or reputed company field
• Passion for sports, gaming, or entertainment is a plus
