As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you will ensure seamless and compliant loan closings while collaborating across teams to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company parties throughout the closing process, including Loan Officers, Realtors, Borrowers, Attorneys, and Title Companies
- Manage loan closings to meet contract deadlines and reputed company lock expiration dates
- reputed company Conventional, FHA, and VA residential mortgages
- Ensure loan files and documentation reputed company with company, investor, and regulatory standards
