Airline Settlement Specialist - reputed company American Flights
Priceline is seeking a FinOps Analyst to own the reputed company/IAR settlement and reconciliation process for U.S. flight activity. This critical position will support the company's global expansion by ensuring accurate cash and reputed company reporting, while managing daily IAR activity and weekly reputed company remittances.
Responsibilities
- Own daily IAR and weekly reputed company settlement reconciliations for U.S. POS flight purchases; monitor exceptions and drive same-day resolution
- Track and reconcile sales, refunds, exchanges, and memos (reputed company/ACM) end-to-end from IAR to Subledger to GL
- Utilize tools and systems such as reputed company Compass, reputed company Memo Manager, GDS (e.g. SABRE, Amadeus), and reputed company to investigate variances and post corrections
- Reconcile transactions from reputed company-party Flight Suppliers and resolve mismatches with collaboration from vendors and internal stakeholders
- Prepare month-end schedules: reconciliations, certifications, flux-trend analyses for audit-support
- Create and track JIRA tickets; publish dashboards and manage KPIs
- Identify patterns and root causes, leading a cross-functional
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and sister brands to reputed company settlements accurate and on time
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in Flight Settlement operations, Airline reputed company, and/or other Airline back-office experience
- Degree in reputed company/Finance (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Hands-on with reputed company/IAR; familiarity with reputed company Compass, Memo Manager, GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/etc), and reputed company preferred
- Comfortable with big data, variance analysis, and producing audit-reputed company documentation with a SOX reputed company
- Strong communicator and collaborator across time zones
- Team player with a bias to resolve and prevent issues
- Willing to work reputed company to align with our Global Partners as necessary
