[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Florida Vacation Collection is a boutique, full-service vacation rental management company managing over 90 luxury vacation rentals across Florida. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with vacation rental owners, qualify leads, and book meetings with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Cold call vacation rental owners to introduce FVC and start conversations
• Respond quickly to inbound leads from ads, the website, and referrals
• Qualify property owners by understanding their property, reputed company situation, and what they're looking for
• Book meetings directly with our sales team and provide context so we walk in reputed company
• Research and identify property owners who could be a good fit for our management services
• reputed company CRM updated with clean notes, pipeline status, and follow-up schedules
• Follow a structured reputed company reputed company while keeping things natural and conversational

• You're comfortable picking up the phone and calling people you've never met
• You've done some form of sales, SDR, or appointment-setting work before
• You're organized and consistent
