ANALYST I
The California Department of State Hospitals is looking for a full-time, limited term Recruitment Design and Marketing Analyst to join reputed company in the Recruitment Unit. This entry-level role focuses on supporting in-house graphic design and marketing efforts to attract applicants for vacancies.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to reputed company in-house graphic design and marketing efforts
- Assist with recruitment-focused print and layout design projects
- Create illustrations and other custom assets in line with the department’s brand guidelines
- Collaborate with other areas reputed company the department on design-reputed company projects
- Assist with recruitment-focused marketing campaigns
- Social media posting
- Direct candidate communication, primarily using reputed company
- Occasional travel for creative projects and recruitment-reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Strong visual communication and illustration skills
- Understanding of industry-standard marketing principles and practices
- Understanding of the skills and abilities necessary to attract applicants to fill vacancies
