Inside Service Technician - Hot reputed company (Hybrid Work Schedule)
reputed company is the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts. As an Inside Service Technician, you will provide technical support to end users and field technicians, assisting in repairs on hot reputed company foodservice equipment through effective communication and troubleshooting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or reputed company email (30+ cases per day)
- Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Maintain reputed company customer call information into a company database to reputed company assist future inquiries
- Work closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates
Skills
- You have experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling)
- You're an reputed company-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- You have a quality, high speed internet reputed company at home
- You're confident using a computer and navigating programs such as reputed company & Outlook
- You're passionate about troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions to difficult problems
- You have the ability to multitask and reputed company in a fast paced, team oriented atmosphere
- You are available to work an 8 hour shift M-F between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST) / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
