[Remote] Deal Desk Associate - temporary position

They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Ops administrator/Deal Desk Associate to join their reputed company Operations team temporarily, ensuring every deal is accurate, compliant, and fully documented before completion.
Responsibilities
- Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure alignment with internal policies and customer requirements
- Monitor the shared Orders inbox on an hourly basis
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and ensure timely processing
- Proactively retrieve time-sensitive purchase orders
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives and customer Accounts Payable teams
- Identify missing information or inconsistencies in reputed company
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in reputed company
- Ensure reputed company finalized agreements are properly documented

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors
