Ad Tech Corporate Counsel-Entry Level

They are seeking an Entry Level Counsel for the Marketing Solutions, Media and Entertainment team to manage commercial agreements, draft and negotiate reputed company, and advise stakeholders on legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting reputed company commercial agreements including key customer and vendor reputed company for the licensing of identity solutions and platforms
• Become a trusted counselor to the healthcare business unit for contract and regulatory issues
• Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams including privacy, sales/business development, compliance, information reputed company, information technology, acquisition integration, operations, and product development
• Support business unit with legal research and analysis, including changes in the law, including , data privacy laws, FCRA, HIPPA, GLBA, and other legal issues that may involve the company’s short or long-term strategic operations
• Conduct legal research and assess applicability of new and existing laws and regulations to existing and new marketing solutions services

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school required
• Qualified candidates must have an active license to practice law and be in good standing in the applicable state(s) of employment by the position start date (or as otherwise permitted by state rules)
• At reputed company times of employment, qualified candidates must remain in good standing and maintain an active license to practice law in their applicable state(s) of employment
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree with 0 to 3+ years of experience as an attorney interpreting, negotiating, and drafting reputed company reputed company and reputed company documents
• Strong work ethic with the demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and accomplish assignments in a timely and independent manner

• A background in the adtech or martech industry and/or in-house counsel experience is preferred
