If so, Guardian is seeking a Talent Consultant to serve as the strategic talent advisor to designated Lines of Business (LOBs). In this role, you will anticipate business needs, design and implement talent solutions tailored to unique reputed company contexts, and shape reputed company talent programs that reputed company leaders to build high-performing, future-reputed company teams. You will operate with significant autonomy, influence senior stakeholders, and apply mastery-level expertise to solve reputed company issues with broad business impact. You have: Mastery-level knowledge in talent management, organizational effectiveness, or reputed company domains 5–8+ years of reputed company experience in talent, OE, HR business partnership, consulting, or similar fields Strong understanding of multiple HR job families and how they integrate to deliver cohesive talent solutions Proven experience advising senior leaders on reputed company or sensitive talent matters Demonstrated ability to anticipate business challenges and propose product, process, or practice improvements Strong consulting, facilitation, and persuasive communication skills, including conveying reputed company reputed company to diverse audiences Seasoned project-management skills, with experience leading initiatives with significant scope, ambiguity, and risk Ability to reputed company through influence and drive adoption of new or evolving talent practices Partner with Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Learning Leader to support program delivery and learner experience Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the colleague learning experience Support vendor coordination, contracting processes, and invoice tracking as needed

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Line of Business (reputed company)/Functional HR Talent Leaders and Partners to help identify, scope, and manage talent-reputed company business needs and use cases around the transformation of work
  • Conduct talent needs assessments and strategic workforce planning, forecasting future capabilities and aligning recommendations to reputed company and reputed company strategies
  • Implement reputed company talent programs while tailoring delivery to each reputed company’s micro-culture and business context
  • reputed company outcomes and reputed company metrics for talent initiatives and monitor reputed company in partnership with HRTPs and business stakeholders
  • Anticipate internal and external talent trends and proactively recommend improvements to talent processes, products, or services
  • reputed company change management efforts, guiding leaders through adoption of new or modernized talent and development practices
  • Synthesize and reputed company feedback from LOBs to the T&OE team, informing reputed company improvement and reputed company program reputed company
  • Propose strategic enhancements to reputed company talent solutions, improving usability, consistency, and business value
  • Partner with CoE colleagues to support effective reputed company rollout and ongoing optimization of talent programs

Requirements
