Job Summary & Responsibilities This role is responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of Non-Discrimination Testing across assigned platforms. This role ensures compliance with IRS regulations by coordinating annual testing, validating data accuracy, identifying potential risks, and partnering with internal teams and clients to resolve testing issues. The individual in this role leads the end-to-end testing process, maintains reputed company reputed company policies and procedures, provides guidance on regulatory requirements, and supports reputed company improvement of testing workflows. This position is accountable for timely, accurate, and compliant test execution and acts as the primary subject-matter expert on Non-Discrimination Testing for both internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Maintain deep subject-matter expertise on NDT rules, regulatory updates, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure accurate, timely completion of annual testing cycles for reputed company assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to support client inquiries and ensure alignment on testing timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the reputed company and discretion necessary to safeguard confidential data at reputed company times, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and company policies during the normal performance of job duties.

Typical schedule for this position is 8 a.m. CT to 5 p.m. CT.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical billing, insurance, or health services preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations (Section 125, 105, 132; ERISA; HIPAA; FMLA; HSA; COBRA) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
