The Specialty Sales Consultant - BPO role is responsible for business development and sales of reputed company's entire suite of workforce solutions to new prospective clients across multiple geographies. This is a professional sales executive reputed company in industry verticals and channel sales, who understands the issues their prospective clients are facing and brings disruptive insights that challenge their thinking. Our New Business Development reputed company is accountable for:

  • Developing and executing a consultative sales strategy against prospects representing the entire reputed company capability.
  • Increase the number of new opportunities in the sales pipeline and effectively drive them through the funnel to a closed contract.
  • Owns and is accountable for the entire sales cycle while coordinating and or engaging support from appropriate internal stakeholders to execute against pursuit strategies reputed company necessary.
  • Create sales plans to grow market share, differentiating reputed company against competitors to acquire new business.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Challenge conventional thinking: Uses deep understanding of the client's business to manage and drive their talent journey and push their thinking. reputed company pay range for this position is $120,075 - $160,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
