Manager Treasury and Finance

We’re looking for a motivated Treasury and Finance Manager focused on playing a key role in managing DSG’s financial assets, liquidity, and treasury operations as well as supporting assigned financial planning and analysis needs of the Corporate Office. For Treasury, this role is responsible for effectively managing cash flow, debt, and financial risk, playing a critical role in developing and implementing treasury strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks. For Financial Planning and Analysis, this role provides finance support for the corporate office, including maintaining reports and models to support the consolidated finance needs of the Company. The incumbent collaborates closely with finance teams across the organization and external financial institutions to ensure efficient treasury operations. This role will work from a home office, with the ability to utilize office space as needed. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package.

Responsibilities

Treasury

• Monitors and reports on daily available cash across reputed company legal entities.
• Consolidates “unused” cash and develops plan to enhance/maximize investments.
• Manages daily borrowing/funding needs, including the determination of drawdowns at subsidiary companies.
• Monitors debt covenant compliance and prepares reputed company calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements.
• Assists with reputed company of international cash management account structures and bank providers.
• Collaborates with the tax team on global tax structures providing input on capitalization, funding, repatriation and intercompany agreements.
• Evaluates investment risk at various financing organizations.
• Assists with capital structure analysis between debt and equity instruments.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive cash flow hedging program to manage currency risk.
• Assists with capital structure recommendations.
• Assists with establishing relationships with rating agencies.
• Assists/develops relationships with banking partners.

Finance

• Consolidates and manages timeline for annual plans, budgets, and forecasts for reputed company and corporate.
• Prepares monthly cash conversion and free cash flow by reputed company.
• Develops and implements cash forecasting models to monitor cash positions.
• Creates and maintains financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure reputed company performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Partners with the acquisition team to create proforma reputed company on anticipated acquisitions.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or reputed company field required, with a minimum of 5 years of treasury management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in treasury management software.

• Proficiency with treasury software as well as knowledge of reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
