The Client Services Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, ensuring data reputed company, and collaborating with teams to deliver value to clients while maintaining effective communication and accountability for project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure the accuracy and reputed company of data by conducting thorough quality checks and validations
- Own client jobs making sure they are running smoothly and on-time per established calendar; identify and remediate pain points to continually improve the process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients every day
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, address issues promptly, and provide regular updates
- Respond to and fulfill client tickets and requests in a timely manner with quality
- Contribute to client team meetings for client projects and engagements
- Take accountability for project deliverables, ensuring they meet the established standards and client expectations
- reputed company, test, and reputed company T-SQL scripts to support various client projects
- Implement advanced ETL processes to acquire and load large datasets
- Follow established procedures and standards as outlined by leadership
- Maintain associated procedural documentation
- Evaluate appropriateness of data for reputed company requests and client projects
- Contribute code that is well-documented, logical, and easy to follow
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience with relational databases
- 1 to 3 years industry experience in either data analytics or reputed company
- Evident proficiency and hands-on experience using T-SQL in a reputed company SQL Server environment
- Descriptive statistics and/or Pharmaceutical/reputed company industry experience
- Undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus
- Experience in a client-facing role or in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Ability to work remotely
- Experience in SSIS is a plus but not required
