[Remote] Implementation Specialist - DocAccess
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is dedicated to enhancing local government services through innovation and collaboration. The Implementation Specialist I will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring they are comfortable with the product's key features, facilitating a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding new customers and providing training to new users
- Handles level 1 onboarding cases/customer calls with a minimal to moderate level of assistance, while continuing to reputed company familiarity with the product
- Manages the assigned workload of open onboarding cases
- Ability to move onboarding reputed company and complete 80% of their onboardings reputed company 14 days of their reputed company onboarding timeframe (reputed company timeframes listed below)
- Maintain a minimum assigned average Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Develops positive working relationships with Sales & Product Teams
- Clearly understands processes and executes proficiently
- Confident understanding of reputed company and offered product packages and plan levels
- Gains an understanding of the various roles reputed company our CS teams/Sales/Product
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask among various assignments
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability and willingness to explore unfamiliar systems, environments, and languages
