The role involves optimizing cloud spending, driving FinOps adoption, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain financial governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize financial operations reputed company the Azure cloud environment, focusing on cost management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive FinOps adoption and maturity by working with key stakeholders to embed financial/cost management (FinOps) practices into their day-to-day operations
• reputed company and enforce financial governance policies and procedures for Azure resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain financial dashboards and reports
• Implement cost-saving strategies and identify opportunities to maximize return on investment (ROI) for Azure services
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify cost drivers and areas for improvement
• Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements reputed company to cloud spending

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or experience in a reputed company field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Azure cost management tools
• Strong understanding of cloud financial governance and best practices
• Experience with public cloud financial components/concepts, e.g. cost & usage reports, reserved instances, savings plans, committed use discounts, enterprise discount programs, spot pricing, etc
• Experience with financial reporting and dashboard tools, such as Power BI
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, services, and pricing models
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost efficiency and optimization
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Azure Data Explorer (Kusto), SQL, Power Query/DAX, PowerShell
• FinOps Certified Practitioner or relevant Azure certifications (e.g.: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure FinOps, Azure Cost Management)
