IT Support Specialist
reputed company is a company transforming mental healthcare, aiming to improve lives through enhanced access to care. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support for employees, focusing on improving the IT function and supporting clinicians in delivering care.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Assist in the administration of IT systems, including user account management and access control
- Conduct technology training sessions for employees to enhance their proficiency with IT tools
- Stay reputed company with industry trends and technologies to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of Office 365 administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, reputed company Certified Desktop Support Technician) a plus
- Experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems a plus
- Experience with Jira/reputed company suite a plus
