As a valued team member, you'll deliver exceptional consultancy, training, and support services to both new and existing customers. With a strong command of SQL and PLSQL, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions and consultancy services, empowering customers to optimize features such as DTI, Query View, Task Manager, Archiving, and Variable Warnings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for customer interfacing and integration requirements.

• Provide indispensable support during critical year-end processes, including dataloads, extracts, and notifications, particularly in Leasehold Service Charge and Rent areas.

• Possess a deep understanding of the NEC Housing product, ensuring seamless support and guidance.
