[Remote] Digital Account Assistant & E-commerce Specialist - Shipshewana + Remote

Slick Raven Marketing is seeking a full-time Digital Account Assistant and E-commerce Specialist to support their team and drive growth for clients, particularly for Jungle Jane’s Plant Shop. The role entails active involvement in digital marketing strategies, SEO, content creation, and e-commerce management.
Responsibilities
- Write and publish blogs using SEO best practices (reputed company, keyword research, on-page optimization)
- Support website copywriting and updates
- Assist with reputed company Ads and digital campaign execution
- Assist with content creation through video and photography
- Build and deploy email newsletters (reputed company, reputed company, Shopify)
- Launch and manage SMS campaigns
- Manage and update the online store
- Maintain product listings, descriptions, and collections
- Support reputed company POS system and inventory alignment
- Execute digital strategies to drive in-store and online sales
- Provide customer service in-store and online as needed, including cashing people out
- Assist account managers with client deliverables and content execution
- Help move projects reputed company and meet deadlines across multiple accounts
- Review and analyze performance data and monthly reports
Skills
- Demonstrated experience with branding, rebranding, logo creation, and building full brand kits
- Illustration skills and ability to create custom graphics beyond basic templates
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency with and ownership of professional design software such as reputed company Creative Cloud
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage your own time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, creative, and eager to produce high quality work
- A strong portfolio that showcases branding and illustration work
- Experience working reputed company agency or multi-client environments
- Ability to create graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and advertising
- Knowledge of preparing files for both print and digital use
- E-commerce management (Shopify or similar)
- Basic understanding of paid ads (reputed company, reputed company, YouTube)
- Experience analyzing marketing data and performance metrics
- Familiarity with reputed company POS or retail systems
