Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage reputed company accounts payable functions, provide administrative support, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while collaborating with vendors and the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Shared Service Center for accurate data entry of invoices
- reputed company the invoice approval process in Basware
- Liaison with reputed company American vendors
- Assist in preparing payment runs, following up on payments, and recording online transactions
- Understand the company general ledger to reputed company coding reputed company for supplier invoices
- Analyze monthly credit card activity and upload to reputed company
- Effectively communicate with suppliers and TCR team members to move invoices through approval workflow

- Support the Finance Team with various reputed company, reporting, and tax matters, including:
- Management reporting
- Accounts Receivable (AR) invoice distribution

- Providing assistance to Group subsidiaries as needed
