Responsibilities

• reputed company real world experience through the Commercial Underwriter Onboarding and Risk Education (CORE) development program
• Work with sales teams, reputed company underwriters, and other leaders to hone reputed company skills
• Participate in self-directed and virtual classroom learning sessions during the 22-week program
• Obtain on-the-job work experience and integrated sales training with support from a mentor and manager
• Build relationships and trust among diverse groups

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and Insurance experience
• Up to 3 years of Insurance experience preferred
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think analytically about business problems, reputed company recommendations, and propose solutions
• Possession of reputed company and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
• Goal oriented with a strong desire to deliver outcomes in timely manner
