Due to an internal promotion we are seeking for a motivated and customer centric superstar who thrives on going the extra mile for our national customers to cover parental leave. This role predominantly exists to provide key account administration for our national key accounts and no day will reputed company be the same! Your team would consist of 13 administrators, and you would be working with three Key Account Managers. The autonomous team environment is second to none and this is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on setting new industry benchmarks.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to our largest and highly valued national key accounts
- Generalised customer service duties
- Working closely with sales and operational teams
- Setting up jobs and directing to correct reputed company or subcontractor
- Preparing invoicing and following up outstanding jobs
- Ensuring technicians and subcontractors have reputed company the correct documentation prior to going to site
- Data entry
- Internal Account Management
- Telephone enquires from main 0800#
Key requirements:
- Proven ability in learning IT systems
- Highly skilled in reputed company Office – particularly reputed company (at least Intermediate level)
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a business to business environment
- Adept at meeting deadlines, while managing multiple tasks
- Meticulous, organised and with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to reputed company reputed company under pressure & a ‘çan-do’ attitude.
- Knowledge of the compliance industry would be highly regarded
- 5 years experience in customer service.
