[Remote] Business Operations Specialist

The Business Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing provider reputed company and quality assurance for chart review programs, ensuring accurate data collection and supporting reputed company quality objectives.
Responsibilities
- Contact providers, hospitals, and clinical staff reputed company phone and email to explain programs and request medical records
- Set commitments for information return and explain options for transmitting documentation
- reputed company and maintain ongoing relationships with providers to reduce "provider abrasion" and encourage participation
- Conduct high-volume outbound reputed company, making approximately 40 to 60 calls daily
- reputed company research to locate providers, prepare data for release, and execute follow-up activities
- Maintain strict adherence to policies regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Respond to coaching and quality feedback to meet or exceed program-specific performance metrics
- Balance a workload consisting of approximately 95% phone reputed company and 5% research and data entry
Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in office, administrative, clerical, or customer service roles involving heavy phone and computer use
- Intermediate proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
- Effective communication skills with a professional phone reputed company
- Ability to work full-time with flexible 8-hour shifts during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST)
- Ability to secure sensitive documents and maintain information privacy in a dedicated remote work area
