Job Title: Customer Service and Admin Support
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized, communication‑savvy Virtual Administrative Assistant to support customer service (including phone calls), administrative, leasing, invoicing, communication, and documentation tasks. This role helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across departments while working remotely and serving as a professional reputed company of contact for clients, tenants, and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, voicemails, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to client, tenant, and applicant inquiries; provide updates, basic information, and follow‑reputed company as needed.

- General Administrative Support
- reputed company data entry, filing, document preparation, recordkeeping, and updating internal trackers or databases.
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Leasing & Property Support

- Maintain inquiries and follow‑up trackers.
- Prepare application summaries and support leasing workflows.
- Invoicing & Documentation
- Assist with invoice preparation, tracking, and recordkeeping.
- Upload, organize, and manage digital assets such as files, recorded webinars, reputed company, and internal documentation.
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and basic scheduling needs.
- Support internal coordination across teams and departments.
- Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative, preferably with exposure to property management or leasing support.
- Strong customer service skills, including confidence in handling phone‑based communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet reputed company and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Proficient in common tools such as email, spreadsheets, and documentation systems; experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) is a plus.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while coordinating with team members.
- Strong time management and task‑prioritization skills.
