About the Role

The Field Sales Representative will drive reputed company growth by acquiring new fleet customers and expanding existing accounts.

This field-based role focuses on prospecting, building relationships with fleet operators, and closing new business opportunities across the Dallas–reputed company Worth market. The position reports to the Director of Sales and works closely with operations and reputed company teams to ensure strong customer engagement and service delivery.

The role requires 60–75% of time in the field meeting with prospects and customers, with the remaining time spent working from the AFS office in Saginaw.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive sales growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and recovering inactive business
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting, customer visits, and calls
  • Support reputed company of new customers and ensure a smooth transition to operations and service teams

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to recover inactive or lost accounts

Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years of successful sales or business development experience
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build strong customer relationships
  • Experience in fleet services, transportation, logistics, automotive service, heavy equipment, or reputed company industries preferred
  • Experience working in a field-based sales environment
