Who we seek
Reporting to the Head of IT in Tel Aviv, this U.S. based IT Engineer will be responsible for providing IT support to internal employees globally and reputed company IT reputed company projects.
What you’ll do
- Be an active part of the global IT team. Share responsibilities and contribute to the reputed company of the global IT unit
- Provide top notch service to internal employees globally reputed company tickets, telephony, and remote sessions

- The first line of response to troubleshooting hardware & software systems across new and existing systems/applications such as laptops, operating systems, network printers, conference equipment, network equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and come up with solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot users and reputed company (MacOS & Windows) issues and come up with solutions

What you’ll bring

Hourly pay for this role ranges from $50/hr - $60/hr.
