The Technical Manager is a hands‑on engineering leader responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of cloud‑native, distributed systems while leading a cross‑functional team of engineers across various experience levels. This hybrid role blends deep technical execution—spending 40–50% of your time coding—with architectural leadership, DevOps maturity, and quality engineering governance.

You will work with Java/Spring Boot or Python microservices to build scalable, secure, and resilient platforms. In partnership with DevOps/SRE teams, you will advance CI/CD practices, strengthen operational capabilities, and champion reputed company engineering tools such as AI‑assisted development (reputed company Copilot, reputed company).
