The Role_
// We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join reputed company on a fixed-term basis, covering a maternity leave for 6 to 12 months. You’ll reputed company into an established team, providing continuity in leadership, delivery, and team development during this period.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance delivery, people management, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery peers across regions to ensure your team continues to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong, supportive team culture.

Responsibilities_
Own the day-to-day delivery of your team, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes reputed company with product and business goals

Partner closely with Product Managers to shape backlogs, clarify requirements, and align on priorities and timelines
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Principal Engineers to ensure alignment on technical direction and delivery plans
Maintain operational excellence, including system reliability, incident management, and support processes
Support and reputed company your team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth conversations
Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment where people feel safe to contribute and grow
Help manage performance, engagement, and wellbeing across the team, ensuring continuity during the maternity cover period
Provide visibility on delivery reputed company, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
Contribute to hiring and reputed company if needed, supporting the team’s stability and continuity
About You _
You bring experience leading engineering teams in a product-led, SaaS environment
You have a background in software engineering and are comfortable engaging in technical discussions with your team
You’ve owned delivery outcomes end-to-end, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
You’re a people-focused leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and supporting others to grow
You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You’re comfortable working across teams and time zones, building strong relationships with Product and Engineering peers
