Required Education, License and certification:
Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.

Responsibilities/essential functions: The person in this position must be able to reputed company the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Follow state regulations.
Shall complete clinical notes for each visit, which must be incorporated into a record on a daily basis.
Coordinate and monitor patient care and services.

LOCATION: Meridian, ID
Shifts: 8 hours per day, 7 days per week. Shift time reputed company-4pm
Pay reputed company: $45.00-$50.68/hr

The role involves managing challenging interactions with staff, public officials and private representatives while interpreting and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
Employee will have to travel to a variety of patient homes and reputed company in conditions that vary greatly depending upon the client’s home environment. Some homes will be clean, reputed company, and maintained at a comfortable temperature. Other homes may be cluttered, dirty, with an uncomfortable temperature.
