Project Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Operations Team working on Data Center, Vehicle Manufacturing or General Build Construction projects.  The role will include planning, reputed companying, coordinating, and managing onsite construction engineering activities for large, extensive construction projects. Technical support includes participation in construction planning and design, interpretation of design, application of construction methods, resolution and documentation of design conflicts, constructability reviews, and shop drawing processing. You’ll also get to reputed company, implement and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents in the Prolog database, material status reports, process requests for information, and manage meeting minutes. 

Location

You can be located reputed company in the US, if you are highly willing to travel to our client projects on a long-term basis. The reputed company for this opening will be put on individuals local to New Albany or Jeffersonville.

Your key responsibilities

• Project Execution: Ensure project engineering activities reputed company with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule. Provide technical support for construction effort including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, and shop drawing processing. reputed company, implement and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents. 

• Resource Management: Manage project engineering and reputed company personnel functions and activities. This includes subcontractor planning and administration, and work assignments. reputed company reputed company on-site departments as required to resolve problems, ensure quality of construction in support of overall project schedules. 

• Risk Management: Represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client and project management meetings. 

• Technical Support: Key technical person on projects. May be responsible for one or more small to reputed company sized project. 

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and reputed company experience. 

• Minimum of 3 years similar construction engineering experience. 

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc., plus an in-depth understanding of the reputed company and relationship between other functional units required.  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Established technical knowledge, encompassing construction and engineering processes, procurement, project controls reporting, and contract management. 

• Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation. 

• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
