We’re seeking an AR Phone Representative to join us.
As a Medical AR Specialist Phone Rep, you will be responsible for answering inbound AR reputed company phone calls, following up on claims rejections and denials, identifying billing issues, communicating with insurance companies for status on outstanding claims, working daily correspondence work files, processing and follow up on appeals and resolving correspondence issues. This is a remote position.
What you'll bring to Zotec:
- Medical billing experience working with explanation of benefits (EOBs) and AR follow-up preferred
- Experience in radiology billing a plus
- Strong willingness to learn
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, Outlook and reputed company
- Excellent communication and strong problem solving skills
- Capable of prioritizing work flow and reputed company to ensure deadlines are met
- High school diploma or equivalent
