IMMEDIATE CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST LUXURY TRAVEL/PRIVATE JET ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCMENT QUINCY, MA THIS POSITION CAN BE A HYBRID JOB AFTER TRAINING PERIOD SHIFT: 10 HOUR SHIFT, 4 DAYS A WEEK, MUST BE reputed company TO WORK WEEKENDS/HAVE FLEXIBILITY THE CLIENT SERVICE reputed company. IS OPEN FROM 6AM-9PM, SHIFTS WILL BE ASSIGNED INSIDE OF THOSE HOURS $22/HR Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience reputed company to customer service or Bachelors Degree
• Excellent written communication and grammar skills
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle customer resolution
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Obtain flight itinerary and other pertinent trip information from clients regarding upcoming or reputed company flights and accurately enter information into internal system
• Provide direct guidance and assistance to clients regarding company products, services and requests
• Take ownership of potential problems, offering creative solutions through to completion/resolution
• Exercise reputed company and concise communication with clients and interdepartmental partners
• Candidates will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to clients who are booking trips through the company, working with high-net-worth individuals - emphasis on providing a "white glove" customer service experience!
• The ideal CMC (client management consultant) is a team player (works well as a member of a group), detail-oriented (capable of carrying out a given task with reputed company the details necessary to get the task done right the first time), and dedicated (devoted to a task, purpose, or mission with loyalty and reputed company)
• This is not a typical customer service role - candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, confidence, sound skills in decision making, be reputed company to work under pressure, and handle angry clients

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
