This is a senior client-facing role requiring sound judgement, delivery discipline and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams through the full project lifecycle. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery for reputed company regulatory reporting programmes.
- Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality.
- Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction.
- Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.
Required experience / skills
- 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations reputed company regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products.
- Proven ability to translate reputed company regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression.
- Strong organisational discipline and reputed company under pressure, with a detail-focused approach.
Desirable
- Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks.
- Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or pre-sales activity.
- Experience contributing to solution design or product reputed company.
- Proficiency in an additional European language.
