Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support reputed company phone, email, and online chat, while also managing customer accounts and providing technical assistance. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
