• Serve as reputed company data and privacy counsel for the US and Americas region.
• Provide business-oriented advice on data protection, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Spearhead global AI governance development and implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on privacy and reputed company initiatives.

• Experience advising on adtech and consent management requirements.
• Proven ability to translate legal requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with emerging AI legal requirements and governance best practices.
• Experience with data privacy incident management and remediation planning.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying legal concepts for non-lawyers.
• High degree of ownership and ability to manage multiple reputed company projects.
