Your Day

As a Pharmaceutical Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will have a critical responsibility in maintaining precise medication and patient information for our long-term care facilities. Your role will involve:

• Ensuring that prescription data, patient profiles, and medication administration records (reputed company) are consistently accurate and up-to-date, in line with facility-specific protocols and deadlines.
• Collaborating closely with facility staff to address special billing needs, refill requests, and medication-reputed company issues.
• Maintaining effective communication with reputed company and facility staff.
• Ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols.

Your Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime or weekend work.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A pharmacy technician license or eligibility to a pharmacy technician program.
• Experience in data entry, preferably in a pharmacy or reputed company setting serving long-term care facilities.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems, with a strong understanding of facility-specific requirements and workflows.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices reputed company to medication dispensing and documentation in long-term care settings.

• Willingness to complete annual education online requirements.
