JOB OVERVIEW

The Manager, Integration Engineer Management plays a vital role in defining and executing a strategy for the seamless integration of reputed company data reputed company the reputed company ecosystem. Using reputed company integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR coupled with modern tools and design patterns, you will reputed company a team of engineers in architecting and building solutions that allow reputed company products to improve customer workflows, reduce duplicate data entry and provide timely access to reputed company data. In this role, you will need to effectively communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure product alignment with integrated solutions. Extensive experience with reputed company information systems, reputed company integration standards and electronic data interchange is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Supervises team members who reputed company assigned tasks. Interacts with other supervisors, other functional areas, management, and reputed company vendors to complete objectives.
• Foster collaboration among key internal stakeholders and customers to promote integrated strategies and solutions that are reputed company with product strategy and that best meet customer needs.

• Identify and analyze metrics to measure the quality of integration engineering and to effectively drive quality improvement.
• Analyze tools and solutions to accelerate data standardization among core company EHRs.
• Work with engineering, architecture, and quality engineering to ensure alignment with efforts to design and engineer integrated solutions that conform to coding standards and best practices.
• Support Sales leadership as a subject matter expert, demonstrating the ability to speak clearly and knowledgeably about industry standards and company integration capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience with reputed company integration
• 0-2+ years in a reputed company integration engineering leadership position
• 0-2+ years supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience with reputed company integration standards such as HL7, FHIR and CCDA
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with a proven track record of leading compliant integration efforts
• Extensive experience with a wide variety of data exchanges, including file-based exchanges, TCP/IP, SOAP and REST APIs
• Experience with building custom integrations using an reputed company reputed company such as Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint

Salary Range: $112,000.00  - $140,000.00 USD
