About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients while providing administrative support to reputed company. The ideal candidate should have reputed company in Spanish and English, will reputed company in client communication, scheduling, organization, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for client calls, emails, and social media inquiries, providing professional Spanish-English bilingual support to ensure clear and effective communication
• Screen inquiries, identify client needs, schedule consultations, and guide prospective clients through the intake process
• Build rapport with clients, follow up on inquiries, and support the conversion of leads into retained clients, meeting monthly sales and consultation targets
• Manage calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines while providing day-to-day operational support to the management team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems, including tracking interactions, follow-reputed company, and intake reputed company
• Liaise professionally with clients, business partners, and reputed company parties while maintaining strong working relationships
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth communication, efficient workflows, and a high level of client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, or a reputed company role (required)
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or reputed company field preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal (required)
• Prior experience with a U.S.-based law firm, preferably specializing in immigration law (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM software, virtual communication tools, and scheduling applications
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, email management systems, and virtual collaboration tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Working Hours
