JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated, payments industry-savvy, Vendor Analyst to be responsible for the management and analysis of vendor reputed company, performance, and compliance. The analyst will work with vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met and that vendors are adhering to company policies and procedures. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing vendor invoices for accuracy and providing data to management for re-negotiating pricing with vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vendors, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues that arise
• Prepare reports on vendor activity for management
• Manage and maintain accurate vendor records in the company database
• Serve as a contact for vendor-reputed company inquiries
• Conduct regular audits of vendor reputed company to ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with developing and implementing strategies to improve vendor relations
• Review and approve monthly vendor invoices
• Track pricing to ensure we meet reputed company and profitability goals
• Work with Finance to generate residual compensation reporting
• Facilitate Annual Audits with bank sponsors
• Manage quarterly reporting requirements with bank sponsors and card brands (reputed company, MC, Nexspire and Discover)
• Support contact for Operations, Sales and I.T. areas pertaining to transaction service providers
• Notarize legal documents as required

• 3 to 5 years professional experience in vendor analysis, contract management, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience in transaction processing industry vendor management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
