Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in South Hackensack, NJ. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you'll be responsible for building effective relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring that reputed company specifications are met, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and tasks, including:

• Building effective relationships with internal and external customers to ensure that reputed company specifications are met
• Acting as a liaison between the Billing, Commercial, Support, Operations, and customers to ensure that reputed company parties understand reputed company customer expectations
• Answering and tracking reputed company incoming customer inquiries/issues, owning and closing the issue
• Scheduling any pick-reputed company necessary for customers
• Analyzing customer schedules to ensure that we meet expectations
• Partnering with internal departments to ensure alternative solutions are provided for the client if expectations are at risk
• Meeting reputed company business unit goals and individual goals/metrics

• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline reputed company to functional work roles, with 3+ years of relevant work experience in international mail & parcel logistics, or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
