Major Responsibilities of the Role:

As a remote customer service specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving inbound calls from our customers reputed company Canada and providing timely, effective, and efficient support to resolve their inquiries and concerns
• Handling customer inquiries regarding product warranty and requests to book service calls on appliances, ensuring that reputed company commitments are met and follow-up is completed in a timely manner
• Working simultaneously with multiple software applications to complete transactions in reputed company-time and escalate unresolved matters as needed
• Consistently following up on commitments and ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
• Identifying and escalating unresolved matters to ensure that reputed company customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• reputed company in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A College or University degree or equivalent in experience, with a minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Above-average team skills, with a desire to contribute in a highly interdependent team environment
• High computer literacy, with excellent keyboard skills and the ability to work with multiple software applications
• Dependability, self-sufficiency, internal motivation, and a high level of commitment to customer service
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Schedule:

As a remote customer service specialist at arenaflex, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm ATL
• Saturdays, 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm ATL
• 8-hour shifts, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Language:
