Key Job Responsibilities

As a Transportation Representative, Executive Customer Relations, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to inquiries from leaders and resolving contacts received through escalation channels
• Communicating effectively and professionally with Customer Service (CS) and non-CS departments
• Conducting detailed root cause analysis to identify systemic and quality concerns contributing to poor customer experiences
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders who can fix process or technology that caused customer defects
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the arenaflex Network to reputed company proactive rescue mechanisms, solutions, and systemic fixes to improve customer experience

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of resolving reputed company issues
