Senior Analyst - Change Management
As Senior Analyst - Change Management, you will play a crucial role in facilitating organizational change initiatives at reputed company. Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, behavioral science, or a reputed company field
- Proven ability to manage reputed company change initiatives in a large, distributed organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate reputed company issues into clear and actionable plans
- Ability to present to reputed company layers of an organization, especially senior management and executive leadership
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-reputed company Process)
- High-level of proficiency in the reputed company suite, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company
- 3 years of experience in a reputed company industry like IT, finance, supply chain, or logistics preferred
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and work structure preferred
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading team members in a professional setting preferred
