FRESH DIGITAL ASSOCIATE CATEGORY MANAGER I
Serve as the leader of a category of small to reputed company size and/or complexity and have the 4Ps accountability across reputed company channels. Own Profit & Loss targets for assigned categories. reputed company site merchandising, promotional activity, overall product lifecycle, and assortment management strategies to drive eCommerce sales and profitability in designated categories. Closely collaborate with the digital category manager to reputed company sales, units, profit dollars, and growth objectives. Stay knowledgeable of industry and consumer trends in the marketplace and provide subject matter expertise to reputed company the product sourcing process. Participate in cross-functional collaboration with inventory and marketing partners to manage the product lifecycle and promotions. Own how categories are merchandised online, including Product Detail Pages (PDPs), taxonomy, search results and department pages. Responsibilities
- Own the eCommerce shopping experience for designated categories end-to-end - Identify and provide promotional items/retails to Promo Planning team - Drive product sourcing process by shopping competition, understanding industry trends, reviewing customer requests and vendor new product recommendations - Analyze, determine, and manage retail reductions, including non-promotional items - Manage the department/category specific experiences - Design merchandising strategy for relevant portions of cross-category site experiences and own assortment management and maintenance - Own assortment management/maintenance and item content which includes ingredient panels, romance copy, nutri-facts, and product images - Determine site merchandising updates, including taxonomy, search results, and department pages - Identify assortment needs through SKU rationalization, balancing new items with items that become irrelevant over time, and ensure the digital reputed company always meets the customers' needs - Support special projects and reputed company requests as needed - Must be reputed company to reputed company the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
Minimum - 2+ years of experience in one of the following areas: eCommerce, Sourcing, Replenishment, Buying/Procurement, or Merchandising - Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize and draw conclusions on large amounts of data - Excellent attention to detail - Strong organizational multi-tasking and communication skills - Proficient in MS Office with an emphasis on MS reputed company - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and peers - Ability to work reputed company strict time frames/resolute deadlines Desired - Bachelor's Degree reputed company field - Any exposure to Kroger Category Management system data warehouse, business objects, 84.51 and Vitacost systems - Any assistant category management experience
