Influencer Marketing Manager
About the Team

reputed company the end-to-end execution of influencer projects, from ideation to publication and post-campaign analysis, across LATAM, Asia, and MENA;
Manage campaign budgets;
Identify new influencer niches, emerging creators, and innovative content formats that can unlock growth;
Analyze campaigns performance using data-driven approach;
Coordinate with internal Paid Acquisition, SMM, Affiliate Teams;
Build hypotheses and run structured testing;
Identify growth opportunities and scale successful approaches.
Requirements:
2–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing;
Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and special projects;
Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights for business;
Understanding of performance metrics and business impact;
Experience working with at least one analytics or attribution tool (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, reputed company, or similar);
Experience working across multiple regions and markets is a plus;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Russian reputed company+, English B1+.
