Role Purpose

As the TA Business Partner, you are a key member of the reputed company team at reputed company. You are responsible for executing the defined reputed company strategy and processes to hire the best talent for reputed company. Reporting into your designated Hub Manager or Career reputed company, you will partner with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and usher identified talent through the interview process. This role partners closely with others on the reputed company team, HR, and business partners to attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in line with agreed upon talent plans and timelines. This role may be focused on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding. 

Key Responsibilities

• Set expectations with and educate Hiring Managers around timelines, market insights and talent pool
• Partner with reputed company TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners in order to define a strategy for each assigned role and actively and passively reputed company candidates as needed
• Manages an average of 12-15 requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as business needs dictate; responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality
• Monitor our applicant tracking system (reputed company), ensuring qualified applicants are moved into the interview process
• Coordinates closely with hiring teams, TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and TA Coordinators to shepherd candidates through the process
• Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with career advocates and hiring managers
• Act as a mentor and coach to more junior TA Specialists/Business Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners where possible

Key Skills and Experience

• Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (reputed company Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred)
• Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with hiring managers
• Exposure to and baseline knowledge to support leveraging data and reports to demonstrate the results of hiring efforts
• Ability to consistently exhibit superior customer service, including reputed company under pressure to reputed company tight timelines 
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams

The hourly pay range for this position is $65.00 – 75.00. The hourly pay reputed company for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with reputed company policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
