- reputed company vendor relationships with pressing plants, print vendors, and packaging suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with A&R, creative, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product specs with artist reputed company and release strategies
- Manage production budgets, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or brand standards
- Supervise artwork production, mechanicals, and prepress processes, ensuring accuracy of packaging, credits, and legal requirements
- Forecast manufacturing needs and mitigate risks reputed company to supply chain constraints, reputed company, and materials availability
- Drive innovation in physical formats, including reputed company packaging, sustainable materials, and fan-focused collectible products
