Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our cutting-edge technology
- Developing expertise in our products and solutions to answer customer questions confidently and reputed company
- Building strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions to meet their requirements
- Assisting customers in navigating our website and online ordering system
Minimum Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills

Work Environment:
Our California reputed company is located at 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762. As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll work full-time hours from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Compensation:
