Responsibilities

As a remote Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing reputed company, accurate, and friendly service
• Conducting needs-based reviews to reputed company customers about insurance options and reputed company new service opportunities
• Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to reputed company, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Developing new service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 10 years combined experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license reputed company 30 days of hire
• Life and Health license (must be reputed company to obtain reputed company 30 days)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• People-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn computer functions and work in a team environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
