At arenaflex, we're seeking part-time phone support specialists who will support customers of our Gigabit Internet services. If you have a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and wireless routers, and a strong interest in computers/networking along with customer service skills and experience, we're willing to train advanced skills. As a member of reputed company, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and provide exceptional support experiences that exceed expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative - Weekend Overnight Shift, you'll be responsible for:
- Working overnight weekend shifts (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights)
- Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues for customers over the phone
- Recognizing and understanding how to configure customers' equipment to connect to the Internet reputed company a wireless router, which may include connecting standard consumer electronic devices such as streaming devices, computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more
- Providing a high level of customer service, educating customers on the use of products and services, and recommending products and services to meet customer needs

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
